{"id":3017,"date":"2019-10-10T14:32:03","date_gmt":"2019-10-10T12:32:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hepmp.med.bg.ac.rs\/?p=3017"},"modified":"2021-02-13T12:53:53","modified_gmt":"2021-02-13T11:53:53","slug":"management-board-meeting-september-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hepmp.med.bg.ac.rs\/?p=3017","title":{"rendered":"Management Board Meeting September 2019 organised"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The HEPMP Management Board Meeting will take place in Belgrade, 27 September 2019 to 28 September 2019 at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Belgrade.<\/p>\n<p>The main goals of the meeting are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To present upcoming activities by all project partners and adopt the timeline of activities so that we know what needs to be done by the end of the project (more details provided in the Agenda)<\/li>\n<li>To go through the HEPMP Progress report that was submitted by the University of Belgrade to the EACEA and to analyse the EACEA feedback letter (expected to arrive by then).<\/li>\n<li>To present the project finances and open discussion on the second instalment that is to be requested from the EACEA and the fund absorption by the project partners<\/li>\n<li>Receive an expert input on how to implement successful financial management of funds in the CBHE projects that will be provided by the external expert from the University of Malm\u00f6<\/li>\n<li>To present the results of the quality evaluation that is being conducted by the independent external expert and open discussion on the project\u2019s strengths and weaknesses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The meeting agenda can be downloaded <a href=\"https:\/\/hepmp.med.bg.ac.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/HEPMP_project_meeting_september_2019.pdf\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Preparation material:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Florence Meeting Minutes &#8211;
